1. Creating an account

  • If you would like to be a reseller, please click here to fill out the application form.
  • It takes up to 3-5 business days to complete the application form and approve it.
  • When the reseller account you applied for is approved, a separate notice will be sent through e-mail.

2. How to order

  1. When you log in with a reseller account, the top "RESELLER SHOP" menu is activated.
  2. Below is the order method.

* Information about Delivery Charge

Delivery costs are imposed according to the quantity and weight of the products. Therefore, we will provide you a hyperlink where you can pay the fee after you place an order. You will be able to pay the delivery charge at the link.

* Procedure of Payment

1. Put the quantities of the products you want to order in the shopping cart.

2. 'Payment method'> Check 'Deposit without a back account' and make order

3. Download 'Prime Muse Payment Instruction' through the link above and proceed with the payment.

4. Only ordering the products is available on the website. Pay for the products through 'Payment Instruction.'

5. If you leave an email address to the 'Shipping Note', we will send you an invoice and packing list.

3. Delivery Carrier

  • We will be shipped by UPS and proceed by FOB.
  • It will be shipped from Korea or the United States depending on whether it is in stock or not.

4. Exchange and Return

  • Every product cannot be returned. We would like to inform you that the customer cannot return the product without permission. If you return the product without notice, all the costs are not able to be refunded, delivery charge would be imposed to you, and you are liable for every responsibility.
  • If the delivery box is damaged upon arrival, the customer must check and document the condition of the product, and if it is guaranteed, should file a claim for damage with the transport company.

5. Claims

  • Claims for the problems such as product damage, delivery errors must be reported to our Customer Center email, support@primemuse.com, within 10 days of delivery completion day.
  • The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the transport company for any damage that occurred during transportation.
